Hi everybody. So, we have place and time for our party set. I'm told we'll meet by the globe. This location seems very appropriate. We can imagine Dalí's Dream of Venus is still there!
If you can't get there by 5, be sure you have one or two people's cell phone numbers, so you can find us.
Use the comments section to let us know what you'll bring--food, drinks, cups, plates, etc. Also, if anybody has good directions to the park, it would be great if you posted those.
In the meantime, here's to a smooth and productive finals week!

I can bring somosas (I don't know if you all know what those are, but they are little triangular snacks made out of dough and on the inside there are either vegetables or meat...it's a typically S. Asian snack/appetizer). My mom and I will make the vegie somosas from scratch. Also, I will bring one or two bottles of soda if that sounds fine (probably pepsi and/or sprite).

Just wanted to point out that alcohol is prohibited in parks, unless you have a permit. That's all. Anyway, I'm bringing either pastelitoes or something else. I'll also bring blankets for the floor, just in case there are no tables. That's all.

A suggestion on the alcohol - we could use the plastic cups (that Rebekah is bringing) to pour our beverages (whatever they are) into, so that way we are not flaunting it.
