I'm sitting in class waiting to get a paper I'd written back. My professor walks in and starts to hand out the papers. I'm really nervous because I know that this paper was complete garbage, and that I was going to get a bad grade. The prof. finally comes to give me my paper back, but before he does, he says, "You had a meltdown on this paper. I won't grade it until you rewrite this." Then he starts to laugh in this twisted fashion (Head thrown back, cracking up). I get really angry, but take my paper and sit down anyway.
I was actually expecting a bad grade on a paper I wrote. One professor actually told me this a couple of years ago on a paper I wrote.

Another life-intersects- dreaming dream. I'm actually surprised that more of us don't have these type of dreams considering how much work we all have. That's actually pretty decent of a professor to give a chance to re-write because of a meltdown. I'm sure you're next paper was great!

I've received a couple of paprs like those back. IT was very generous of the professor to do that for me, as well as you. I've had dreams about school--none of them ever very good. The stress just gets to you after a while--as it did you in this example. Look on the bright side: at least you got the second chance, right?

Wow... That's harsh, but it was nice of your professor to give you the chance to rewrite.
I'm also surprised more of us haven't had dreams like this, but then, I think my frustration and whatnot comes out in violent dreams...

It's surprising that this dream is coming at a time when senioritis should be kicking in...but I hear you though, there's still the stress of finishing up. I agree with some of the previous comments - it was nice of the professor to give you another chance.
