Reflections on Web Projects

I have to say I love looking at them! The colors, the presentation, seeing the differences between them, even down to the 'about me' pages. It's strange but surprising to see my own writing 'visually'. I want to read all the rest of them now, but it will most likely be when the semester is over.

Searching Buddha:

I really liked being able to illustrate my paper with pictures -- somehow it just seemed so much more interesting with some graphics on it.

Lady Hira:

Yea, I liked the project too, but the only thing that was difficult for me was cutting down my paper into a mini version of itself. Otherwise, I liked putting up the pictures, and adding color and life to the web page. It has enhanced some of our projects a lot. I must say that some of the web sites look very professional and are beautiful! I just wish that I had more time to make mine look better. Perhaps this will be a lesson for next time? I think you can see all of the web projects now that the semester is over and they are all up. How do you like them?

Mind's Torque Wrench:

I think the ability to enter images into the website was the most alleviating. It helps us by allowing pictures to explain text and also to create interest from the website visitors. The color choices are great as well. I did not think the color would have such an effect but when thinking about professionalism and scholarly-ism, it is a key factor.
