I am in a blank space, completely black. However, I can see everything. I begin coughing, and from my mouth (I know it's gross) people jump out instead of mucous. These little people begin to pile up as I continue to cough and form into a resemblance of one of my older brothers who also begins to cough. I start to feel pain from coughing but he doesn't, nor are there little people jumping out of his mouth. I fall to my knees and pass out. Then I awoke.

What an interesting dream! It reminds me of this anime movie that I saw once, its called "Spirited Away" (it's really great, by the way!). There are these monster looking creatures in the movie that eat greedy people. One of the monsters comes in for a cleaning and then eats people. Later on, the monster starts spitting/coughing up people. It's pretty disgusting, but not so much because it's an anime. I was just reminded of the this movie because it was kind of similar to your dream.
It's interesting though.. coughing up people. Do you ever feel like you want to be alone and are around too many people and their words, ideas and such, that you just want to cough them out of your system? Coughing is an irritating reaction that your body has. I feel like that sometimes with people. I don't know if you have ever felt that way. Well, I just thought I might analyze your dream a bit as well. I hope it makes sense...
