About a week ago, I had a dream that I was stuck in an elevator. However, I wasn't stuck in it in the typical way. The elevator doors weren't closed, the lights weren't off, and the movement wasn't stationary. I was actually clasped against the back of the elevator by a metal bar. I couldn't escape, and the elevator doors kept opening and closing every few seconds. Everytime it opened, it seemed as if I was on a different floor, but the elevator didn't feel like it was going up or down. I remember feeling very scared in the dream, and quite helpless because I couldn't do anything to get out of the situation. I almost felt as if I were undergoing sleep paralysis in some weird way again. This wasn't a case of sleep paralysis though because I could move and breath with ease when I was conscious. However, I felt like I couldn't move or breath in my dream when I was unconscious. I wonder if that was how I really felt in the conscious world without knowing it...
