This is a nightmare I had when I was about 9 years old, it was completely terrifying at the time, the thing I feared the very most when I was young was losing my mother, I don’t think that’s changed all that much but when I was young I had this dream about it after my parents were watching a movie that I caught a few parts of. The movie is supposed to be a comedy, I forgot what it’s called but it’s about this kid in college that no one likes and he accidentally falls into a large vat of toxic waste, mutates and gets all these powers and takes revenge on his classmates. The movie is ridiculous, probably something like a satire… but it was really horrifying for my 9 year old self
The scene where he falls into the toxic material scared me to no end, I have this horrible fear of corrosive chemicals radiation, I wonder if it came from this movie or not.
That night- I dreamt that as my mother and I were walking home from the Pathmark on Kissena Blvrd, we went through the parking lot and my mother stepped in toxic waste. For some reason she was barefoot and that’s why it effected her and not me. I had to go live with my father and his wife and I knew she would be one of those wicked stepmothers. I couldn’t stop crying in my dream and I woke up and jumped into my mother’s bed. I was embarrassed to tell her about my dream because I knew the movie was a comedy. I kind of want to see that movie again…

Ca-maaan! I can't believe you don't know this! It's the Toxic Avenger, a classic of American Cinema (good ol' fashion 80's American Cheeze!)The kid was the janitor, and he kills people with the mop (or rips them limb from limb with the toxic strenghth of his bare hands)!
